Redwood – Line Manager Access to Direct Report’s Emergency Contacts - Disable Link of Contact Name

For the Redwood page, is there a way to disable the link of the contact name only when the LM accesses it for direct reports? I stress “only when the LM accesses it for direct reports” as we have HR team users who will need access to select the link and see the details.

We’ve configured access so that Line Managers (LMs) can access their direct reports’ emergency contact information using the Redwood pages. The issue is that access is too generous. The LM can select the name of the emergency contact and access contact details, most of which is confidential and sensitive information (i.e. date of birth).
