Unable to enter data into new members created under Account Dimension - EPM Planning

Summary:

We created 5 new Stat Accounts to enter Actuals manually.

All of them have same properties but we are able to enter data only into two accounts.

We tried deleting those accounts to create them again, but faced following error.

"Deletion of member "Mfg_Unassembled" failed because the member is used in one of the following: a form, a data validation or a Smart Push process associated with a form, or an invalid intersection report."

These are all new accounts. They are not referred in any forms,rules, mappings etc. No security, No Invalid Intersection setup.

We never faced this issue in the past.
