Data Exchange Import Format

Summary:

In the Data Exchange, while creating a copy version of the DLR. Why can't we have an Import Format Selection option there itself, as it shows "this Import format already exists and is in use so create an import Format" but later after creating the Integration we can select the same Import format in the Integration itself, please have a look at the screen shot and suggest an answer to it.
