Has anyone experience issues after transitioning to REDWOOD where it captures partial barcode value?

For example, when we scan Location 1: 754116621, it only captures the partial value 75411. This might correspond to a non-existent location, or REDWOOD might incorrectly detect a different location that shares the same initial digits.
