We are implementing a Digital Customer Service (DCS) portal where users authenticate through Self-Service Registration, using IDCS as the identity provider. These users are created only as Contacts in B2B Service and do not have corresponding Fusion user accounts.

We are embedding Intelligent Advisor (OIA) Interviews within the DCS portal, and our requirement is for OIA to update existing Service Requests for the logged-in Contact.

In this context, could you please advise how OIA can obtain the logged-in contact’s details and display the Service Requests associated with that contact within the interview?
