Lease related rent is liability--> Once the payments are done the liability will decrease or come down like (RoU, Int & Deprn).

My requirement: 
How to handle the Lease related Operating expenses (Operating & Maintenance or dismantling cost) which are my expenses.
What will be the effect and accounting?
