Lot expiration automated action not working in 25D

Summary:

We defined the setup for Lot expiration action

Automated action=Update Material status

New Material Status=Hold

We defined new Lot and the lot expired. we ran the ESS Job to initiate lot expiration automated action. but no records picked

However, we do have Lot with expiration date
