How to customise Requisition Approval E-Mail Report

Summary:

We customized the “Requisition Approval E-Mail Report” to display the supplier name in the purchase requisition approval email and in the notification content.
For this, we copied the standard data model into the Custom folder; no changes were made to the data model itself.
Regarding the template, we accessed XMLPServer, clicked Customize, and then continued the customization in Analytics.

After this modification, the email template changed unexpectedly. When we introduce the supplier name, the content and layout of the notification are altered, as shown in the attached file (“Requisition Approval E-Mail Report – Updated”).

Instead of retaining the original layout, the template is modified, whereas we should have the same template as initially delivered (see attachment: “Requisition Approval E-Mail Report – Original”).
