📌 Introduction

Every day, learning administrators around the world create thousands of learning assignment profiles — assigning safety training, onboarding curriculum, annual compliance requirements, skill-building courses, and organizational initiatives. Yet until now, this process has required navigating multiple screens, choosing between different flows depending on assignment type, manually building learner audiences, and configuring renewal and conflict rules separately.

We heard this feedback consistently:

“It should not take this many screens to create an assignment.”
“Why do one-time and initiative assignments exist in separate workflows?”
