I am trying to include the final approver’s signatory (image) by using condition in an RTF template for a Documents of Record. For this purpose, I would like to include approval status and approval details in the Document of Records data model in OTBI.

Is this feasible and if yes, could you please advise on the appropriate SQL or tables to use?
