Tasks and associated efforts required for the decommissioning of Oracle Fusion non-prod environment

Hi All,

Can anyone please advise on the tasks and associated efforts required for the decommissioning of Oracle Fusion financials non-prod environment? We need to understand what are the ideal steps that are to be taken before going ahead with the decommissioning & how is this going to be done after all? Whether this would require a SR that is to be logged with Oracle after steps at our end are completed or will this be done through Oracle Cloud Console by business via self-service deletion option? We would like to have as much knowledge as possible on this before going ahead
