How to send notification to requester when acknowledgement was rejected?

Summary:

When a Purchase Order Acknowledgement was accepted by supplier, the PO was implemented and the notification was sent to Buyer and Requester users. But when a PO Acknowledgement was rejected by supplier, the notification was sent only to Buyer. I want to send rejection notification to Requester.

I found following manual. In this manual, "AcknowledgmentRejectedFyi" seems related to my requirement.

So I tried some configuration in "Manage Task Configurations for Procurement" and tested, but it doesn't work fine.
