How to use Position Hierarchy for AOR?

Summary:

We are planning to update the scope of our AOR configuration from using Department Hierarchy to Position Hierarchy. During testing, however, we encountered an issue: when the AOR is set up based on the Position Hierarchy, the system fails to retrieve any data. This suggests that the AOR configuration tied to Position Hierarchy is not functioning as expected. We would like to confirm whether, upon using custom criteria, it is still necessary to create a position tree or if utilizing the position hierarchy alone would suffice.
