Default Recruiter field

Hi everyone, we've activated Redwood 25c, and now I need to default the "Recruiter" field to the "TA Dummy" user. I tried to default it by writing this IF statement in Visual Builder Studio, where I put the "TA Dummy" Assignment ID in the "Return" statement, but the field is still blank.
Does anyone know what I need to put in the return statement to get the TA Dummy user? Is the IF statement I wrote correct?
