Issue with Learning Initiative for a Worker with Multiple Assignments.

Summary:

Hi,

We have hired an employee into one position and later added two assignments with different positions for the same employee. The Learning Initiative is getting assigned only to the position under which the employee was originally hired. The learning initiatives are not getting assigned for the positions added through the additional assignments. We have configured separate learning initiative for each position but when we try adding initiative for the assignment related position the employee is not appearing in the below criteria. can Someone please look into this?
