Unable to find CST_EDIT_COSTING_LANDING_PAGE_LAYOUT privilege to remove/add to roles

in Applications Security

Hi,

We have recently updated Cost Accounting Landing Page to Redwood. After upgrade, we found that "Edit Page Layout" button is enabled for everyone by default. As per below document, this button access is secured by "CST_EDIT_COSTING_LANDING_PAGE_LAYOUT" privilege:

However, we are trying to find the privilege in Security Console, we are not able to find the privilege.

Please suggest what needs to be done to disable "Edit Page Layout" button from below page:
