PO Receipt lines not showing in order in Orders to receive

Summary:

Redwood self service receiving. PO Lines are out of order.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have users reporting that their po lines are out of order in Orders to Receive.

This could result in receiving errors.

In our dev1 instance the po lines show 1.2.3 but in Prod they are showing as 1.3.2.
This is also showing in the change order area as well.
