How to hide View Drafted Requisition for hiring managers.

Hi team,

Could someone please help me to hide view Drafted Requisition for hiring managers?
Please check the below screenshot from hiring manager's credentials.
The requisition test15 was created by recruiter & has not been submitted yet but this is visible to Hiring Manager. We would like to restrict this visibility.
