Automatic Sync Between Worker Address and Tax Jurisdictions Card
The Tax Jurisdictions Card documentation (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/human-resources/fausy/automatically-update-the-tax-jurisdictions-card.html) mentions an automatic sync between worker addresses and Tax Jurisdictions Cards. How is this automatic sync supposed to work?
When we change a worker's address, on the Tax Jurisdiction Card, the Tax Address on the Resident Tax Jurisdictions section matches the new address entered. However, the State, County, and City still match the old address.
If we use the Revalidate and Sync button, then, the new address's city, state, and county properly fill, but we want this to happen automatically.
Are we missing something?
