RSSP - Validation: Banner error

Summary:

We have created a validation that when the name of the subinventory is “TRONCAL” it should give an error message.

Since there’s no target field, we expect that it appears in the banner, something similar to this:

But when clicking create and continue we just can’t continue because of that value, but the error doesn’t appears.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is it because it only works with target fields in RSSP?
