Redwood : Work Experience Achievement field not visible under candidatejobapplication

Hi,

When candidate applies for a job & updates Achievement under Work Experience through Resume or manually, it doesnt show Achievement field to hiring manager/Recruiter/Recruiting Administrator against candidate job application however all other fields related to work experience are visible but Achievement not. Whether anyone found this issue & is there any workaround. We want to show this field against candidate job application same as Responsibilities as shown below.

Candidate Profile - Visible only when we click on Edit button as Recruiter/Recruiting Admin under candidate profile
