Data replication from Oracle Fusion, OTM and WMS to external data warehouse

We have a requirement to replicate Oracle Fusion, OTM and WMS data (full load and incremental) to an external datawarehouse/ data lake at Microsoft Fabric on nightly basis. Client does not want to opt for ODI or GoldenGate. Hence we are planning to extract data to a storage from where the client team will pull data to load to DW.

We will use BICC to extract data. For the Target, Oracle provides 3 options 1. Cloud Storage Service, 2. UCM and 3. OCI Object storage.

Questions:

  1. Is the above approach accurate and what are the issue we might face?
  2. What is Cloud Storage Service?
