Consume forecast without creating plan order

Hi experts,

we have hybrid system for running supply planning. All the sales order are from external system, we don't use OM fusion to create any SO hence the there are nothing to consume the forecast, any plan order won't be accurate. Meanwhile as per oracle documentation, forecast will only be consumed with sales order but it creates pegging plan order.

is there a way to consume the forecast without creating pegging plan order ?
