Personal email being primary in Oracle HCM

Hi Everyone,

In our current implementation project, the Personal Email is being marked as the Primary Email for workers in Oracle HCM.

We understand that the general practice is to have the Work Email as primary for workers.

Are there any potential impacts if keep the Home Email as Primary ? Just trying to do a impact analysis here for our project.

Assuming we are implementing Oracle Recruiting , ORC Partner Integrations (BG Checks, Assessments, Outlook), setting up preboarding (including DocuSign), Onboarding.
