How to test LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect

Summary:

We would like to test LinkedIN Recruiter System Connect. While we realise that LinkedIN do not have a test environment, we thought that we could at least test if someone who had applied for a job had a LinkedIn profile, once we ran the ESS Job "Synchronize LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect".

However, this does not seem to be running as the job is on hold in our staging environment. Is there a way to test this and also test sending a job to LinkedIn that we have marked as private.
