Assigment changes- help needed in reports

Hi,

Is someone can share his knowledge regarding report which can indicate what are the fields in the transaction that were changed(which field). The report is showing only the current updated fields and not before and after- but sometimes not all the fields are updated in the report- maybe using SQL which can color the ones that were changed?
