HR Specialist unable to search for persons in Person Management Screen.

Hi,

I have assigned a test user HR Specialist Role, but without security assignment the user is unable to view any persons in Person Management screen.

If I have to create a custom role with HR Specialist privileges for termination, what privilege should I add to have access to view all persons instead of assigning security profile to the custom role.

Currently I have assigned Application Implementation Consultant Role to the test user to search for users in the Person Management.

Kindly help to check this and provide an alternative solution.
