I need to clarify when PGP encryption is possible while transferring data IN and OUT

By reading different sources I came to the following situation, can someone confirm or correct?

From Oracle to External Source via SFTP —> PGP Encryption possible

From Oracle to External Source via SOAP API using JWT or Basic Auth authentication —> PGP Encryption not possible

From Oracle to External Source via REST API using JWT or Basic Auth authentication —> PGP Encryption not possible

From External Source to Oracle via REST API using JWT or Basic Auth authentication:

  1. if using standard APIs (es: https://fa-xxxx-saasfaprod1.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/valueSets) —> PGP Encryption
