Absence cases are not generating when Sick leave applied in UK in case based solution

We have setup transition date as 01-Jan-2026 and moved the solution from FF based to Case based as Oracle suggested. When we are applying leave in Jan 2026 as below, absence cases are not generating automatically

Absence record 1: 09-Jan-2026 to 12-Jan-2026

Absence record 2: 16-Jan-2026 to 18-Jan-2026

The expectation is to generate absence case automatically based on above 2 records.

Please help us understanding
