How can we report Person Criteria used in Learning Initiatives

Our recommended approach is to leverage Learning Initiatives in Oracle Learning Cloud and configure Person Criteria (such as Position or Job) during initiative setup for seamless auto-assignment.

However, we encountered a challenge during fit-gap analysis: extracting attributes used in Person Criteria for reporting is difficult because Oracle stores these criteria in WLF_LEARN_REL_PERSON_CRITERIA, which is not directly linked to WLF_EVENT_ASSIGNMENTS_F (Initiatives). Attempts to join these tables with other learning and person tables highlighted this limitation, as Oracle does not provide a supported direct join for these entities
