Redwood Time Cards Showing Inactive Assignments

Hi everyone,

On the Redwood Team Timecards, we’re experiencing an issue where line managers can still view a rehires previous assignments. We applied the Hide Inactive Assignment filter in Visual Builder and set its default value to “Yes.”

When a line manager opens Redwood Team Timecards—where Hide Inactive Assignments is already set to “Yes”—and then adjusts the date range and enters a badge number, the system still allows them to filter the employee by an inactive job assignment.

Has anyone else run into this issue or have a solution?
