forwarding rules

Hello,
I'll explain. In CPQ, we have salesperson and supervisor profiles configured.

I need salespeople to only see their own quotes, but supervisors to be able to see all of the salespeople's quotes.

I understand this can be achieved with forwarding rules, but I don't quite understand how to do it.
