Why does site opt‑in hide tabs, auto‑reject sites, and stop site‑level payment term approvals?
Summary:
The requirement is to trigger approvals for bank account creation, inactivation of old bank account and payment terms updates, so for that we have enabled opt in feature - Approve Internal Changes on Supplier Profile, for bank account and site, and configured the rule condition in manage supplier internal profile change request approvals also, and approvals are working fine, but when we creating a new site the payment and site assignment tabs are not visible after save and close and when we submit this site for approval it got automatically rejected,
when we disable the site checkbox in opt in feature than during creation of site, payment and site assignment tabs are visible but the another problem begins when we update the payment terms on site level the approval are not triggering, system just saved the updates.
