fusion identity upgrade - preupgrade tasks clarification

Hi team, with regards to the 606984_Oracle Go – Preparing for Fusion Identity Upgrade.pdf, we do have multiple customers who are in the following scenario:

  • Fusion Application acting as Service Provider
  • OCI IAM acting as Identity Provider (this is federated with external IdP as MSFT Active Directory for example)
  • Users synchronisation between OCI IAM and Fusion Application enabled
  • VBCS (within OCI IAM acting as Identity Provider) extensions of Fusion Application ()

Questions:

  1. as per the above scenario, do you confirm steps 1, 2, 3 and 4 are the only ones to be be performed as per the attached pdf? This question arises with regards to the already configured application catalog "Oracle Fusion Applications Release 13” from OCI IAM -> we assume they will be upgraded. Right?
