Trying to update home address in mobile app for HCM

I am asking if anyone has been able to update in the mobile app for the following HCM Business process -
Personal Info - Contact Info - Address - either UDPATE an existing or ADD a new address
When checking on Customer Environment AS WELL AS Oracle Demonstration environment there is no option to add any address details
There are partial fields appearing, but I cannot add any content to it
I am using an iPhone with the Oracle App - pointing to the correct environment for my customer and also for the Oracle demonstration environment
Customer is looking to leverage the APP for their 20000 worker population
