Not able to see the user defined hierarchy details in the table configuration

Summary:

Hi Team,

I have followed the below steps to create the new custom hierarchy for the end customer data.

1. Use the template, ScpUser-DefinedHierarchyImportTemplate.xlsm to prepare the user-defined structure (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/supply-chain-management/18c/oefsc/Supply-Chain-Planning-User-Defined-Hierarchy-312715201-fbdi-78.html)

a) for OPS source system, enter the Organization name only

b) for External source system, enter the Source System name appended to the Organization name, eg. EXT:Organization

2. Import the file and run the Load Planning Data from Flat Files process.

3. Verify the process completes successfully.

To add the user-defined hierarchy to the plan:

1. Navigate to Planning Central --> Configure Planning Analytics

Howdy, Stranger!
