Unable to restrict candidate profile page just to Edit/Add Candidate Extra Info

Summary

We have a client requirement where they only want access to Edit or Add Candidate Extra Info under candidate profile, but they should not be adding other details such as Personal Info, Citizenship, Education, Licenses and Certifications etc. We have created a custom role with least privileges possible, but we are still unable to restrict the role to just update candidate extra info but at the same time not able to update other fields on candidate profile page. They should only be read only. Can you please let us know if this requirement is feasible?

Currently my custom role only has Create or Update Candidate privilege which is giving access to update personal info as well which we dont want. We just want to add Candidate Extra Info under Candidate Profile.
