Position LOV on specific Employment page

in Human Capital Management

We have two types of Positions; Regular and Temporary, I am recording this in the standard Regular and Temporary field.

The requirement is, while performing transfer or promote only Positions marked as Regular should be visible and for Hire or Add Pending worker both types of positions should be visible to the user. Does anyone know, how we can achieve this?
