Defaulting Employee Referral Bonus based on Jobcode

Summary:

We want to default Employee Referral Bonus based on Jobcode. We are using Positions to create a Requisition, but when we are using the default expression that is created when selecting the jobcode, it is returning undefined, hence we cannot write a condition based on that.
