How to enable auto rules in Oracle Recruiting Cloud

Hi Experts,

We have a business requirement to ensure that the Incentive Program field (located in the Additional Information tab while creating offer) should auto‑populate based on the Job selected during requisition creation.

Currently, the Job Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) ATTRIBUTE_NUMBER1 is being used to store the Incentive Program Target (PIP%) value. The expectation is that whenever a recruiter or hiring manager selects a Job while creating a requisition, the system should automatically fetch the corresponding ATTRIBUTE_NUMBER1 value from the Job record and display it in the Incentive Program field while creating offer.

This automation will:

• Eliminate manual entry of the Incentive Program value.
