Procurement Policy Advisor AI Agent is providing incorrect responses

Hi everyone,

Procurement Policy Advisor AI Agent returns generic guidance for even when the uploaded policy document contains no such information. This behaviour is misleading the end user who is relying on this feature.
We need best-practice recommendations or configuration guidance, so the agent explicitly states that the information is not available in the provided policy document instead of giving a generic/assumptive answer.

The scenario shown in the screenshot illustrates this issue. The policy document contains no information about shelf-life control, yet when the user asks about it, the agent provides a generic response instead of stating that the information is not available in the document.
