Can i subscribe skills content to talent profile initially and then change it to skills center later
Summary:
we are exploring how to start using skills in OHCM for our client - and what the MVP will be. As part of this analysis, we ant to understand if we can initially use skills as view only in the skills and qualifications page (as the client uses an external LXP for Skills at the moment) and then eventually the possibility to bring in more functionalities in Oracle.
As per this documentation - it is not clear if we can achieve this. Any insight would be very helpful.
Basically we want to know
- can we only enable skills in the talent profile as read only for employees?
