Need more information on automatic maintenance approach to remove inactive user from BPM recommended by Oracle.

Oracle Fusion BPM does not automatically remove inactive users (such as terminated employees or those marked as "inactive" in HCM) from approval groups or task assignments. This means if an approver is set as inactive in HCM Cloud or has left the organization, you must update approval groups manually or automate this process using integration tools.

Oracle recommendation -

Automated Maintenance (Recommended in Larger Organizations) 

Build an integration using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Scheduled ESS jobs to:

Detect inactive users (using HCM statuses or dates).
