FDI SCM analytics workbook newschedule option not displaying

Summary:

The user has Service Administrator access and Read/Write permissions on the workbook. However, while attempting to create a schedule for the workbook, the “New Schedule” option is not visible under the Schedule tab. Could you please advise how to enable or activate the scheduling option?
