Employee not found in the 'Find a Candidate' search

in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace

The "Find a Candidate" search is not returning a specific employee.

This employee is active and their record is correct in Person Management, yet we cannot find them within the Recruiting module. We have tried searching using several different criteria, but no results were found.

Has anyone run into this issue or knows a solution?

Steps to reproduce: My Client Groups > Recruiting > Candidate Search > Find a Candidate.
