Is it possible to run an OTBI report and the results to be what my manager would see

I want to be able to build reports in OTBI for employees to run, with the results to return as if it was their line manager running the report themselves.

I understand there would need to be security roles created in conjunction to ensure security profiles, but how would I go about setting up the filtering within the OTBI report itself, so that it returns the data as if it was their line manager. Is this even possible?
