When ASN is linked to a PO, custom fields on the PO are not copied to ASN details cust fields

Custom Fields from PO are not copied to ASN when po is selected on the ASN

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We use custom fields on po to identify PA types(Custom Field1). We receive an ASN from the supplier and receive it into WMS without a po link.

We open the ASN in WMS and select the related po information in the ASN details. We see that the Custom Field1 from PO is not copied to ASN.

However, If we create an ASN through po, custom Field1 from PO is copied to ASN details. Is there a way to achieve this?
