Do we have any seeded notifications to hiring team once HireRight background check is completed.

We have created custom phase ( BGV) after offer phase, under BGV phase we have created 3 states ( BGV Initiated, BGV In progress, BGV Completed)

We want to send the notification to hiring team once BGV completed.
