Incorrect Passcode in MFA

in Supplier Management

I have an external user who is using the Microsoft Authenticator app however each time she adds the code, she gets an error message stating Incorrect Passcode. She has used the alternate authenticator QR code to set up her MFA account in the MS Authenticator and we have deleted and reset her factors in OCI. Does anyone know why she would get this error message?
