OFC Fixed Asset Form 4562

The IRS Form 4562 needs a breakout of bonus and regular depreciation for the year. We had a custom report that was giving us this data, but due to changes in the system, it is no longer working. The oracle created Form 4562 report only shows total YTD Depreciation. Is there another report that will show me the split between bonus depreciation and regular depreciation?
